need to force delete a folder

I have a folder that I moved from one location to another.

First off a flash drive to c:\MyAlbums then from c:\MyAlbums to cd:\documents and settings\all users\stuff\MyAlbums)

Then I tried to enter the folder to add to a playlist and it said is not accessable access denied. FileAssasin, safemode administrator, and killbox can't delete it

....nevermind.....sort of....

Unlocker deleted the file (when it said no locking handle detected) I told it to delete, and it did but I lost almost 3 gigs of space. Then I checked recycle bin (duh), I always <shift> delete.
It still shows the folder MyAlbums in the recycle bin but says I can't delete it access denied.

So am I just going to have to live with a file permanently in the recycle bin?

btw using unlocker on the recycle bin changes myalbums folder to dc16 folder, using it again yields dc17 folder, and again changes it to dc18 folder.

 

Can you find and delete things from a Windows recycle bin with Linux? Wouldn't they have to restore the files and then run Linux? (Pushing the memory, here.)

For XP it's located at X:\RECYCLER, for Vista+ X:\$RECYCLE.BIN (where X represents the partition root directory)
