Need to network 2 pc's.. Lost Win98 cd :(

I am trying to allow my computer (win98) to share a folder with my brother's pc(winXP). I went to Control Panel>Network>File/pring Sharing> Checked "i want others to be able to access my files"> Reboot. Only problem is after i checked "I want others to be able to access my files" it asked me to insert my Win98 cd to d/l the necessary files. I lost my Win98 cd so if someone could be kind enough to point me in the right direction, i would really apprechiate it.
