Need to remove NortonSystemWorks'04

I'm working on a friend's laptop (XP Pro) and Norton System Works 2004 crapped out at 55% during install... it's not listed in Add/Remove. NortonAV was in Add/Remove and I took that out no problem. There's a System Works desktop icon and folder in Program Files (which will not delete manually). I tried the Norton Removal Tools from Symantec and I'm told it has expired. I tried the other Norton remover and it reported that it successfully removed Norton in less than a second; it basically did nothing. So- I need a good FREE uninstaller that will completely get rid of SystemWorks '04 and its remnants in the registry, etc.... if not a free uninstaller, then a fully functioning trial will work... I really hate Norton stuff just because of situations like this.....

Update: I checked the above links and found a 'new' removal tool that did the job! Hey zbd21... THANX MAN!
