   I have the program Real vnc installed in my system by someone I no longer trust. I need to remove it before something is done remotely to my system....Please help!

   Is it listed in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel?
   
   You could check Services to see if any elements are running and disable them. Start, Run, type in services.msc.
