Need to rename ALOT of files

I ran some malware scans, and in the Windows\System32 folder there were a bunch of files named "autoxyz.dll" where the xyz is 3 random characters. Anyway, there was alot of these files and many were removed as infected files, and there's still alot of them leftover that aren't infected (I've run 5 different scans on them to be sure). What I'd like to, is run some type of file renamer and add .000 or something as an extension just in case something legitimate needs these files. Anyone know of a renaming app that will just tag an extension onto a selected range of files? If it integrates into the Windows right-click shell, that would be even better. A screenshot is attached so you can check out the filenames....

This ran at the command line will do the trick.
Or, if you want to rename the ones with ONLY 3 characters after the "auto", replace the asterisks with 3 question marks.
