need to upgrade my IE 3 to 4 or 5

i need to upgrade need help all the sites look messed up and I can find any where to download it. if anyone can help.

 

What opperating system are you running? Have you done a search at microsoft looking for an update? I tried downloading Mozilla but is didn't work and the site doesn't load right. All the text seems to be gone and or overlaping eachother.

Thanks everyone that helped, I finally fooooound a way to get IE5 so everything is fine except that I can hear audio, had to do with when I formated the pc becasue of unknown hardware, this will be the 4th time in two days I formated, lol. but I finally go teverything I need so this shoould be the last.
