Need ur help asap...(malware and viruses)

Well basically about 2 weeks ago i was downloading music and I got a virus, yeah I know you are supposed to have anti virus protection and i do. I have avast, well I found the viruses (Trojans) and I can delete them but I don't want to do that I just want to clean the win32 files they are connected to and restore them if I can...They are vuku [trj] virus also others ones like Rootkit-gen [Rtk]...I need help to clean these files please let me know not of ways to clean the win32 files and be able to restore them. Oh and also some how the virus knocked out my wireless connection to the internet so if that plays a part anywhere just to let you know..,.
