Need urgent help (booting problem)

Everything was going fine on my computer and I shut it down like every other night.

I come to turn it on, it boots and then goes to the windows loading screen...
After about 5 seconds of loading my keyboard's lights shut off and my screen goes black. I can't go past the loading screen anymore!


I tryed booting in safe mode but it stays stuck.
After, I thought of leaving it opened on the black screen and it ended up rebooting by itself...

If anyone can has a clue of what this is... please let me know. Thanks
I'm thinking it's the mobo or some wires?

Try this: As soon as you turn the computer on, start pressing F8. When the menu comes up to select how you want to start windows, press the down arrow key until you get to disable automatic restart on system failure and hit enter. This should boot your computer up but instead of restarting it should produce an error screen. If you could tell us what kind of error you are getting we can narrow it down a bit farther.
