Ok i resently wanted to buy a external hard drive for my computer but i found out i need usb 2 and if i used usb 1.1 it will be really slow. After i looked at a couple models of usb 2 for my notebook i found out i need to put it where my wireless card goes.

Does anyone know if i can buy an internal usb 2 card not a external for my notebook, or else i cant buy a new harddrive?

My computer is a Dell Inspiron 2650.

you could get a USB2 card then buy a USB2 wireless

    something like this:

I have no idea whether that one is good or not just using it as an example ... although it may eat up bandwidth but so long as you aren't using net and your HDD at the same time extensively I shouldn't think it would be a problem
