need vb

    does anyone know where i can get a newer version of visual basic? possibly free. i have visual basic 1 but i cant find any totorials, does anyone know where i can find totorials? anyway, i already know qbasic up until graphics so that could help, right?

    Visual BASIC you cannot get for free, its an IDE by Microsoft. Your not getting any M$ products for Free. You can find other IDE's. Theres lots out there. http://www.thefreecountry.com/compilers/basic.shtml

    try that

    BASIC is the language, Visual BASIC is the name of the Microsoft Development enviroment software they sell.
