needed THOMSON LYRA H104E driver

hi guys .
i m having THOMSON LYRA H104E mp3 player .i have in stlled the cd ..but still usb drivers wads not detcted and as well as my player was not detected ..please do help me ...

We need some more information from you: what version of Windows? Do other USB devices work? What exactly happens when you plug in the MP3 player? What exactly is listed in the Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus Controllers?

i am having xp service pack 2 ...i am able to detect other usb ....wen i insert i cannot detect the player in my computer ........ And also in auto updater wizard it is telling to plug the device even though i plugged my player..

please do help

 

Did you get an installation disk with the unit if not you should be able to download from here
