Needing help with 0x0000022

Hi,
I'm getting the 0x0000022 Explorer.exe application failed to initialize properly. I'm assumming there's also other problems but can't get past this. I can't go through the "Do not post till you have read this" like I did before because it won't let me do some in safemode. I also read the post from angela114 (hope I remembered right) regarding same 0x0000022. I'd appreciate it if someone here could help me and not have to go some place new.

Assuming you have Windows XP, one possible solution is to restore your system back to the one where you did not experience the problem: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;304449

Alternatively, I would follow through the advice given in this thread: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 and then post in the Malware forum.
