   Welcome to MGs, both of you!! Check this post out and, hopefully, it'll give more options http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=180929 Just be careful before diving into 'no man's land' (registry) and ALWAYS make a back-up. There some good cleaners out there, but I'm inclined to side with 'CCleaner' as being the safest! Good Luck!!

   Worth a mention, rarely will registry cleaning speed up your PC, certainly not noticeable. If your having slowdowns, you might consider CCleaner for drive cleaning startup removal and a safe registry cleaning as plodr mentioned and finally defragmenting your hard drive.
