Neighbors Homenet network keeps bumping me!

Hi, a neighbors homenet wifi WEP encypted network keeps bumping me off. I use msft networking utility (windows XP). My laptop keeps trying to connect to it. I can't remove it from my preferred network because homenet is not listed. When I disconnected manually windows says I will have to manually connect next time, but thats not the case, it just keeps trying to connect! AGH. I do I get rid of it or block it from my laptop?!

 

Alright well first view all of your wireless connections within your range, and click the button that says "change advanced settings" and go under the wireless networks tab and see if you can find the name "homenet" under Preferred Networks. If you see if you can highlight it and click remove so it won't show up on your list anymore. If it doesn't show up under there I don't kno what to tell ya.
