   I use Nero to copy cassette tapes to mp3. It appears what I have been doing has a 30 copy trial, and the error says I need to obtain the "mp3 encoder plugin" from the "vendor" whatever that means. So I go to Nero.com, and the purchase process is in German. Can anyone offer suggestion on how to get this going again?
