nero 7 discs?

I hav Nero 7 Essentials, and im trying to burn a Video CD.

When i start to burn the disc it says that i have the wrong disc type, i am using DVD RW discs.

What discs should i be using?

 

You'll need to use CDR discs for video CD. DVDR and DVDRW discs are for movies in DVD format; AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS with .vob, .ifo, and .bup files. Video CD's are a different format, and are encoded in MPEG1 and DVD's are encoded in MPEG2 (usually, but not always). For more info:
