Nero Error

hi guys i have a problem with nero 9. i've installed nero 9 on my laptop to burn dvd videos but nero vision is not working and i thought it might be because of installation related errors so i've uninstalled it but when i try to reinstall it this error appears-> File not found: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\Nero ProductInstaller 4\Setup.xml. and this error also appears-> Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. what kind of error is this and what should i do? and if someone can teach me what to do in order for me to burn my videos to dvd's it would be a great help. tnx guys

 

I'd suggest getting the Nero Clean Tool to fully uninstall the original program. Then try to re-install.

 

i've already tried it but it doesn't work, the error still remains.
