nero local autobackup saves have clogged up my memory but when I remove them by sending em to the bin the folio of nero autobackups gets smaller in size but the overall freespace on the drive is the same.
Where did all the freespace go and what can I do to get some space?
How should one remove these backup files? Often 20 to 30 gb each!

I am nearly out of space now and pretty desparate, should I buy a new harddrive?

I don't use Nero but this is what I found.
You should be deleting through the autobackup program not sending items to the recycle bin.
Also since only one backup is ever available, you must have something configured incorrectly because it sounds like you have more than one set of backups.

30 GB is like the whole file, not just what is changed.
Unfortunately I do not have Nero on the computer anymore as I deleted it because it took all the freespace and I did not want the laptop to crash.
Is there any other way I can free the space? files are deleted by bin now and bin is emptied.
