Nero MPEG-4 Decoder plugin missing!

I've had this problem before because I used to use a newer version of Ahead Nero. But then that version started conflicting with DVDShrink. I was told that particular version of Nero was not compatible with DVDShrink. Anyways, I'm trying to burn a movie (It's a quake3arena frag movie) and it is decoded in MPEG-4 I guess. And here is what my Nero Burning Rom 6.6.0.14 tells me. Can someone tell where I can find that plugin? I really don't want to change versions of Nero because this one seems to work a lot better than the newer versions IMO. But supposedly if I just upgraded to Nero7 or something, MPEG-4 decoding is all ready embedded into the program and I wouldn't have to worry about finding a little plugin. I'm wanting the plug-in though..
