Nero-Not Syncronised?

    I have downloaded a movie (which i paid for) which plays fine with DivX movie player but when i tried to burn it onto a DVD-R using Nero 7the sound is out of Sync with the film!!! Why, why, why does this happen to me!!! can anybody help to solve this problem? KingSteve has been great in the past, if your out there, HELP!!!confused
