nero question

hmm when i try to use nero express (nero 5.5.x.x whatever) to burn mp3 cds it tells me out of memory. how could that be what memory is it using? i tried to find it with filemon but could not figure it out. any suggestions?

 

Nero uses a Buffer when it burns.

That buffer= ram.

By default I think its 50or 75mb of ram.

Not 100% sure on the amount.

 

How much ram do you have???

 

320 megs should be plenty nero is the only proggy that gives me this error. i know there is an advanced command for manual cache size override but i have it set to 80 megs.

tada the settings from the normal nero bootup dont carry over when u switch to express. it seems to work just fine now. thanks for pointing me in the right direction. i changed the cache size to 80 megs and it works. thanx
