Nero Vision Express 3

Yeah, I know it's old, but it's not like I'm going to be using it that frequently. Here are a couple of screenshots regarding my problem:

In the first screenshot, what is in the red text is my problem. I'm using a DVD-R disc, which can hold 120 min of video, or 4.7 GB. The movie I'm wanting to put onto this disc is around 700 MB. Now I know that NVE converts the video into another file type, and say if your video is 1 GB, it might turn into 1.2 GB. I know this isn't the problem, because I don't think there would be that much of a drasting change, we're talking an extra 4 GB here. That screenshot was taken before I decided to burn the movie onto the disc, and the second screenshot is when I "burned" it onto the disc, but the data wasn't saved on there. So does anyone know what the problem is? Your help is greatly appreciated.
