Nero Vs my burner

alright here is the deal. i have a dvd burner and a CD burner in my computer and am running Nero 5.5.5.1 i believe but nero refuses to see my CD burner...what can i do to fix it...i used to think it was my computer but i just built this one and transfered the drives over (even replacing the cd burner) and it still refuses to see that i have a cd burner there...it see's the DVD one... any suggestions?

Odd, did you check Neros supported burners or support page?

Latest version I think is 5.5.5.10.54

Well... were a software site, so I would love to dig up a link for you, but just do what I would do, front page, backup, you will find it there

Check with this link to see if your Burner is supported and by what version of Nero

then you should be able to download the updates from this link for your older version 5 ( Nero is now on Version 6 )

bum bum bum and the victor is...MY BURNER..it turned out that the nero i had didnt support my burner...i fixed it...thanks alot..
