NERO wont burn .iso 4gb

    i try to burn a 4gb .iso as .iso to dvd

    error occurs saying it cannot burn more then 2gb .iso

    and would have to burn 4gb .iso as udf

    i dont want udf i want to burn as .iso

    is there another way of doing this

    i want to burn 4gb .iso to dvd???

    For burning ISO's you can't go past ImageBurn. Freeware & simple to use. It is now at version 1.3.0.0. Get that one if you can.

    does that fix the problem does it

    "error message "The file is larger than 2gb and therefore cannot be stored in an iso file ..."

    i am trying to burn a linux .iso which is 4gb

    I've had nero refuse to burn an ISO to make a dvd. I used ImageBurn & had no issues. So yes it is over 95% that Imageburn will be successful. Possible up to 99%.

    It won't fix nero though.

    u seem so sure of yourself

    it better work i risk dvd in this case if your wrong:eek:

    but in the means will it burn a Operating system 4gb .iso ???

    You could test it with a dvd rw.

    If you are burning a Boot cd/dvd make sure you have the needed file to make it bootable.

    What version of nero are you using?
    You should be able to burn a 4 gig iso file to a dvd, I can.

    nero 7 premium

    u cant be serious

    it wont allow 4gb .iso

    only 2gb

    it will allow 4gb dvd

    not OS 4gb .iso

    i read from the other forum that your problem is likely a
    "NERO nasty bug", meaning your not the only one got that problem
    so as HIPSTER DOOFUS advice, try another program, then try to use DVD+RW so you have a choice to erase it if something happen
    you will not find out if you will not try
