don't worry i was neverous when i took mine, but it was a piece of cake. at atleast here in texas there easy, don't bout anywhere else. good luck and tell us the good news when you get back.

Good luck fleppen. I took mine in '66 & had no problems. My sister, a year behind me, waltzed in to take hers and flunked it. Boy was she PO'd.

wish you were around when i took my test, freddy, i had to wait till after i had passed and drove to a friends to get some beer.

Drive like an old man. when the exam is over, speed away with the radio blasting while driving with your knee and your finger out the window. by then, he already passed you - what can he do??

They got temporary drivers licences in The Netherlands now?
Good thing I got mine 6 years ago. I had to take the test 3 times though...

yup, we do, too bad I didn't get it though.
He thought I drove too sloppy, said I could drive well enough but that I didn't really convince him enough (factor in I really FUBARed traffic-parking) and bingo, 'you failed'.
Made my day good though, I failed someone else, they forgot to use the brakes coming out of a sideway so the examdude pushed the brakes for her, instant failure...

oh well, gonna go again on the 16th but this time I'll be driving from 16:00 till 16:30 ~ 16:45

 

Indeed, better luck next time.
My biggest problem was that I was soooooo nervous, but the 3rd time everything went good from the start: I drove through streets I was used to drive through, instead of taking some crazy route that I never went before.
Helps a lot if you're not (so) nervous.

 

Practice the parallel parking fleppen. That's the think that most people botch. Not sure about where you are, but between driveways and parking lots, we don't do much parallel parking, but you've got to be able to do it properly for the test.

 

very true, with lessons I never FUBAR it though, f', he said I could do that without looking, yet that's what I FUBARed, not all that good for your convidence
