.net framework probs

My computer rebooted after downloading updates and the message to load .NET FRAMEWORK V 2.0.50727 came up. I've tried to load it and versions 3.0 and 3.5 few different times with no luck.
It says: Could not load file or assy. 'MOM.Implementation, V.2.0.2910.39003, culture=neutral, public key token=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependancies. The system cannot find the specified file.

Any biggie?

 

If you have ATI's Catalyst Control Center uninstall that. Reboot.

Uninstall the .NET Framework 2.0. Reboot.

Install the .NET Framework 2.0. Reboot.

Reinstall the ATI Catalyst Control Center.

The last time I encoutered this problem was before 3.0/3.5 were released, so I have no idea if you'll need to remove those as well.

Also, for future reference, the .NET Framework 3.5 covers 3.0 and 2.0. You don't need to install those as well.
