net meeting type software for nonprofit

    I work with a nonprofit and we needed to setup a conference call with something like net meeting.
    #1 problem we are nonprofit no budget for it
    #2 most of us are novice's at computers
    #3 we are volunteers and time is precious
    This technology would enhance our ability to get things done with out meeting at the office as a group.

    I heard about skype but not familiar with anything else.
    Any suggestions would be great

    What OS'es? What about NetMeeting? Are you looking to webchat or share a desktop / presentation?

    Hi

    I have used this free service in the past and works good Mikogo (I checked its licence and its fine for commercial and private use)


    TeamViewer is the other one (free for personal, non-commercial use, which guessing you as a non-profit is in the non-commercial usage bracket)

    most of us are using xp, it would be great to have video chat.
    I looked at mikogo but it is very limited no audio or video
    I will take a look at teamviewer
