NetBios over Tcpip Error??????

NetBios over Tcpip has a caution error on it when i open up my decive manager and look at my hidden files. This is causing me to loose complete internet access even though my wireless router is connected to the internet.(I have reinstalled it many times so i know its not my wireless router thats the problem.) Since so many other drivers and devices depend on this Non-Plug and Play item i cant connect to the internet. For example my DHCP Client cant start and the reason why is because Bios over Tcpip it shows "This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its driver installed. (Code 24)." And no i can not trobuleshoot.

 

Did a google search for Net BIOS over Tcpip" and seems to be several ways, depending on your OS.
Looked through your other thread and did not see your OS mentioned.
Which is it?
