Netconnect Remote Desktop And Copy And Paste

I have a weird problem copying and pasting from my desktop to a remote computer using Netconnect. When I copy the text then paste to the remote computer, it pastes whatever text I had previously copied and I have to go back and copy the text again then it will paste the correct text. I'm using Chrome and I have Clipboard Permission Manager enabled. I don't have this problem with copy and paste with anything else but when using Netconnect. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Thanks.
