Netgear MR814 Router: Blocking timeframe incorrect

I'll rephrase my question.
Does anyone know how to get the netgear router to block on a schedule Accurately?
My netgear MR814V2 router has ability to block sites on a schedule. I have the schedule set for 'every day' from 23 hour 0 min to 6 hour 0 min, trying to achieve nightttime blocking, in short.
It doesn't seem to work. The clock day/time is correct, but as best I can tell, its "ON" or "OFF" fulltime 24x7.

if anyone knows how to troubleshoot or fix this, pls chime in.
