netlock error report prompt

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I've encountered this problem regarding error report that needs to be send to Microsoft.
It says netlock has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Whenever I click Don't Send, it keeps on prompting me the same thing. So I clicked Send Error Report and it sent the report and after that, it prompts me again with the same thing.
So any idea what's going on with it?

sorry, but I've already resolved the problem. It looks like it was caused by the sdaemon.exe and PC Security software. I've uninstall it and the error report prompt is no longer popping up to annoy me. Thanks for helping =)
