   I cannot remember the password to logn in for my netscape e-mail.
   When I clcik on the forgot password link, ask that I type in user name and then netscape will send a new password to my e-mail box.
   
   Am I missing something. how can I get to my e-mail to get the password when I can't log in in the firest place.
   
   the help center only helps AOL and .com users not .net users
