Netspry Problem

I am kind of a newbie but i need help. My IE is messed up my netspry and this pop up. Every time i try to go anywhere it would direct me to netspry first and restrict most of my downloads.

I use Hijack this and will gladly post my logfile if somebody could please help me. I would most appreciate any help. Thanks

Generally, we like people to first run through the Cleanup Tutorial HERE:
READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan and Virus Removal

This will get rid of a lot of crap that would otherwise show up in a HijackThis Log. HJT is a last step. Also, too many people run it improperly - So, hold off on that for now.

Run through the steps in the link I posted. Note the steps that you can and cannot complete. Please make sure that you are in Safe Mode with System Restore OFF (if you have it - you didn't give OS) and have the Viewing of Hidden Files ENABLED as per the instructions. Make sure to do the Online Scans. Also, make sure that the tools that you already have are up-to-date.

Post back with the results from the above instructions and we’ll go from there. I'll try to check back when I get a chance.

oh thanks i think it worked i ran thru all the steps and the problem doesn't seem to occur anymore. Thanks for your help. If problem happens again I'll repost the problem.
