Network adapter driver issues

Hi, new to the forum.

My windows 8 desktop has recently been having issues with the network adapter. When I start up, my ethernet network connection is 'limited'. However, once I uninstall my nVidia network controller driver and scan for hardware changes and reinstall, my network connects to the internet. The other way I can do this is by resetting my router.
