Network Connections empty / no service listed

    I've read several postings where you've had users run SystemLookup and then you provided them with a zip file and it resolved their issue of no Network Connections and no Network Connection service. I tried running the SystemLookup from the desktop of the problem laptop and I get an error "Script Required" after clicking on the Look button. Help!:confused
