Network failing?

I am having issues with my network connection which started this morning.

Although I'm unsure if this is related, it may have started yesterday when I got the malware AV Security Suite. Using a removal guide (using malwarebytes) I took care of that but still had an issue with the occasional tab automatically loading to some bullshit sites, and also some of my google searches resulting in links to re-direct to other sites. I updated spybot search and destroy and ran that and went to bed. I came back in the morning, to find the PC near frozen so I did a shutdown, restarted and then the following issues happened.

My Skype would connect and be able to message people, my MSN couldn't load.
Some sites I went to would load, the only two I found that would load as fast as normal were google.com and kongregate.com (just a flash game site I don't even really use anymore) other sites would load sometimes but very slowly (Wikipedia, or this forum for example) and other sites wouldn't load at all ever (digg.com for example) I tested various sites, as well as a mmorpg I play would load into the login, but not load the game, eventually I got it to do that but it was laggy and would disconnect every so often.

What I don't understand is why some sites load like normal, and others always fail. (As the day went on, some things changed, such as MSN will now connect fine)

These problems apply to all 4 computers on our network, so I am unsure if the malware from the previous day is the cause.

That's the best I can describe the problem. I have never had to much trouble fixing all network problems I have come across in the past, but this one just stumps me.

First, uninstall/reinstall your network drivers and reboot the PC after reinstalling the drivers. While the PC is restarting, unplug the power cords from your router and modem for about 20-30sec, then plug the power cables back in. This 'power cycles' the modem and router, and clears them out. It's surprising how many connection problems can be solved by simply power cycling the modem and router. Wait maybe 2-3 minutes for everything to "kick in" and for Windows to finish loading completely to the desktop. If you're running Windows 2000 or XP, download and run Dial-A-Fix. Check all the boxes on the right-hand side of the Dial-A-Fix window and click Go. If you get any errors, make note of what they are. If you have Internet Explorer 8 (and maybe 7 too), you will probably get a warning that Dial-A-Fix was unable to determine which version of IE you have, don't worry about this if it comes up; also, if you see this warning, you will likely get a few error messages and they will all be files related to IE. No worries. And don't worry that Dial-A-Fix will hurt anything; it can't. It does not write files to or remove files from Windows. It simply works with files already in place. Dial-a-Fix does NOT work with Vista or Win7, so don't try it. Let us know how it goes, and be sure to tell us which version of Windows you're using in a future post.... GOOD LUCK!

    Welcome to MG's :)

It reads like either a DNS/router problem, or it's still infected or suffering from post-infection damage.

Do you have the logs from MalwareBytes and any other 'fixes' you've tried? If you could zip/attach them here, it may help.
