Network geek needed for assistance! Please help!

    I am a disabled person confined to a wheelchair. I am a Mac user but need assistance setting up a "Zoneedit.com" account in order to circumvent a dynamic IP address my provider assigns. I can't afford the $20 a month they want to charge me to make my IP address static. This can be done@zoneedit.com for free but I need a major geek to assist me. Are there any charitably souled members with the time and inclination to step me through the procedure? Thank you for anyone willing to help!
