   Hello.
   Is there a freeware program that will allow me to monitor network usage?
   I have about 50 users and sometimes the network REALLY bogs down....someone is sending/receiving an email with a huge attachment or someone is downloading something from the internet.
   
   I dont necessarily need to view their packets but I do want to see who is the culprit!
   
   Thanks.....any help would be appreciated.
