Network Issue

First I appolagize if I posted in wrong area.

Me and my wife both conect to diffrent VPNs , Citrix VPN and Cisco synamic VPN. We both use avaya though these VPN to takes calls back to back and we both keep getting diconected while hard line conected to comcast router. We have only 300 Mbps Download /10 Mbps upload. Due to the pleg we both have to work from home. is there any thing I can do to stop these diconects to our vpns?

Any ideas?

So the VPN is dropping? or just the calls?

 

MY VPN freezes up and lose call audio till it unfreezes. it freezes for one minite plus some times. Wifes vpn drops all togeather off and on.
