Hi, i'm new to the forum, and need a little help. Few days ago I was having problems connecting with my friends on Starcraft battle.net and they told me about portforwarding, so went through the whole process, did everything it said to do, but unfortunatly none of it worked, i'm still unable to host or join games with my friends, so I gave up. After a few days I started noticing, websites I use to go on frequently, stopped working the only thing that loads are google, youtube and facebook, but some other websites I usually go to won't load at all, not even my hotmail. I checked Ip/config and everything seems to be in order except "Media Disconnected" which didn't show before. Anyone run into the same problem could probbably shine some light on this issue

    Thanks
    Brian

    Hi Brianmed,

you may want to try resetting the router (access the option in the router settings) back to its factory default setup. reboot the pc. access the router settings again and place your PC in the DMZ zone.

*make sure you have all the ISP connect details first.

Hello Techsent, thanks for the reply. I actually have reset my router back to factory default, but still have problems..and I don't know what it could be if it's not the router.
