Network not found error

Hello!

I have been sent here by Chas,

I am getting a network slow or not found error on my bf's comp when trying to connect to internet.

We have been on the same connection for almost a year, this is first time this has happened.

Chas assisted with all Malware etc removal, but isnt able to help me anymore...

We have done everything ie: tested cords etc. etc.. my computer connect to the internet fine on his wires etc..So chas now thinks it is a hardware issue...

BF's comp has a LAN2, but no LAN 1, the ipconfig /all in cmd promt doesnt work....

Any help would really be appreciated...I guess now I need to test my drivers and such...not sure how and have been dealing with this issue for over a week now! Im just hoping someone can tell me whats wrong!!!
