so heres my delima and its a doozy but im learning. my desktop has an in it hack a keylogger who will not go away and now im at a standstill. my phones have been compromised my disc drives and for sure my windows has been erased so many times i cant count and the guy is infecting disc with a notepad doc called autorun. exe inf. he has me set up on a network boot using intel agent i was stupid when i previously set up wireless by not going into depth i was stupid with everything reallly but times have changed and reasearch and fighting has got me where i am at least knowledgable about the processes and how they are happening. now i need to go on further by informing that this guy is using java ee6 with apache tomcat 6.002 and is very well prepared for every move i have one up-ed him only at the command line using sheer luck for the most part which turned into better knowledge. at any rate he is using ieee6 protocals and is using like i said a network boot agent intel. his first access came from a pci device in the back of my dell. he has a lot of my cds set up to run his programs thanks to notebook files and i need to wipe everything and startover even if it means replacing board is there a way to wip a board??? is there a way to delete any of this also putty exe is used and a hack called init. am i screwed or is it fixable cuz im tired of fighting and im not rich by no means any suggestions would be huge and greatly appreciated... i know a lot more but heres a starting point.

    Kenny,

I would start by going to the "Read Me First" post in the malware section. It will give you step-by-step instructions on how to track down and remove whatever is infecting your system.

If you think your router has also been infected or compromised, I would use the "reset" button to clear it then reprogram the passwords/security settings following the router manufacturer's instructions.

    Hope this helps. :)
