Well here is my issue, I've got 6 computers networked With XP service pack 3 but only 3 recognise the networked printer its a HP Laserjet 4100tn so it isnt that the printer needs to be shared, I have all the PC's set to the same network and I have the printers Network Info in hand, Anyone ever had an issue like this?

If it is networked, goto printers & faxes - select add a printer.
Select local printer & UNcheck "automatically detec" >Next

Select "create a new port" and drop down to "Standard TCP/IP"

Type the IP address in there, next select the printer manufacture and model.

    Done.
