Network Security Services is missing ?

    I have dealt with hijackers on numerous occasions, and I fear that in that process I've somehow removed the Network Security Services ( if that's possible ).

    It is missing from the services-list and thus I cannot stop that service ( I have to do that to remove yet another hijacker ).

    My question is; How do i re-install that service ?

    512 Mb RAM
    Windows 2000 Pro
    120 GB HDD
