In Local Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > "Access this computer from the network"

Which users/groups should I remove (if any?) in order to secure my PC?

It is your Network and your Users how you exepect a strangers to tell you which one to remove.

However you can change the setting to deny those that you do not “like”.

Thats exactly the problem, the only user account in my computer (besides, the default safe mode - XP admin account) is an administrator account I created. I'm guessing those are just other defaults XP creates, but I'm not sure...

Dont want to (&%#$) things up by deleting something I'm not supposed to... thats why I came to the forum in the first place

These Groups are just categories that are available to assigne users to.

Leave them alone, it is the users that are matter (if you have one) and the Groups that they can be assigned to.
