    Hey guys,

I need to find out how to see what my employees are surfing. im thinking a few one guy isnt working as much as he can. and id like to kno what hes surfing and ect.

and i also need to make it so that no one can view my computer in the work group unless i specify, meaning, they cant see my connections, as in internet, and access my files.

im sure there are a few different programs i can run on my pc to do this. but im kinda clueless on what to look for.
    thanks.

Using Peer-to-Peer Network, you cannot "Spy" from your computer on other computers.

In any case, before you do any thing make sure that you have a written policy about the usage of the Computers and Internet in the business, and that all employees read and signed thta they understand the document.

As for protecting you own computer, it can be done through Windows File Sharing Security policies.

If I were you, I would employ a consultant to help implement all of these thingies, it too much for a public BBS posting.

    :)
