Network

    Need help networking between my Tower and my labtop. In between I have a Lnksys router.
    All's I really need is a "shared folder " so that I can tranfer dfiles betwwen the two of them.
    For some reason I am haaving a brain cramp on this........... Please help

    Make sure they are in the same workgroup.
    Make sure you have "File and Printer Sharing" bound to each network card that is connecting to the network.

    If you're still stuck, post what OS (including service packs) are you running on each PC.
