Can anyone help me with this app?

I can only capture information from my own computer and not others on the network, unless I install it on the machines and run it from there.


I know routers don't forward broadcast packets...is that the reason this is happening?
In the screenie is one IP. There are two computers on this network.

 

That screen shows the interfaces on the computer its running on (like, if you have a LAN connection with 192.168.0.10 or somthing, and a modem of some sort with an Internet IP). If you want to capture data from other computers you'll need to ARP poison it so the traffic goes through your computer first. (this is on your home network isnt it? routers prolly got a switch in it which prevents you from doing a normal hub sniff)

 

Yeah its at home.

I figured it was something to do with the router, but wasn't psitive.
