Networking Conundrum...

I recently cleaned up my computer from a major spyware/adware infection. I can get on the internet okay now but I seem to be having problems getting this machine one the Network Neighborhood.

The networking for this machine was set up about four months ago by someone else and I'm not really familiar with how it works. I am using a Windows 98 machine and before I did the cleanup, other machines were able to see this machine automatically. Now they can't seem to see it.

Would anyone have any ideas where I should begin to look?
