Networking my two home PC's

is there any way to network 2 pcs with just an ethernet cable. NO HUB!!!
WIN XP home on both

 

You just need a crossover cable between the NICs. It's wired differently from a standard ethernet cable. Most computer stores should have at least a few of them.
